As I mentioned before DeathNote wll be on Adult Swim. The Beat over at Publisher's Weekly confirmed this. I've since found the Official Press Release over at VIZ. Along with a few other PR about DeathNote on DVD and Live Action Film, and the PR that announces the English Dub cast for Death Note.
